Sponsorship Form

SILVER SPONSOR ($1500.00)

• Company’s logo/web link will be added to gsca.us home page for a period of one year from receiving payment. This may be renewed every year.
• Name of the sponsor will be announced during the cultural program (Saturday and Sunday) during Durga Puja (Fall Festival).
• 1 free admissions ticket for adults to the Durga Puja (Fall Festival).

GOLD SPONSOR ($2000.00)

• All of the above items for SILVER Sponsor, plus
• A table for company information and
• 2 free admissions tickets for adults to the Durga Puja (Fall Festival).

PLATINUM SPONSOR ($2500)

• All of the above items for GOLD Sponsor, plus
• Company may display a vertical banner (not to exceed 36 inch wide by 72 inch high) outside the auditorium during Durga Puja (Fall Festival) on both Saturday and Sunday
• 2 free admissions tickets for adults to the Durga Puja (Fall Festival) in front rows.

YEAR ROUND SPONSOR ($5000.00)

• All of the above items for PLATINUM Sponsor, plus
• A full page advertisement in GSCA’s Durga Puja (Fall Festival) ebrochure. Approximately 2500 recipients, including all patrons of the Durga Puja (Fall Festival) free of
• Name of the sponsor will be announced in two other events organized by GSCA during the period of next year
• 4 free admissions tickets for adults to the Durga Puja (Fall Festival) in front rows

BENEFACTOR ($2,500 and up)

• Name and photo will be added to GSCA’s home page for a period of one year from receipt of the funds. Will be captioned “Benefactor”. (May be renewed)
• A half page advertisement in GSCA’s puja brochure in a prominent place (with caption Benefactor). Text may be provided by the individual himself/herself.
• Name will be announced at both Durga and Saraswati pujas as Grand Benefactor.
• Two admissions to Durga puja (both days) and Saraswati Pujas (with front seating in the auditorium at both events)

GRAND BENEFACTOR ($5,000 and up)

• Name and photo will be added to GSCA’s home page for a period of one year from receipt of the funds. Will be captioned “Grand Benefactor”. (May be renewed)
• A full page advertisement in GSCA’s puja brochure in a prominent place (with caption Grand Benefactor). Text may be provided by the individual himself/herself.
• Name will be announced at both Durga and Saraswati pujas as Grand Benefactor.
• Four admissions to Durga puja (both days) and Saraswati Pujas (with front seating in the auditorium at both events)
• Free admission for 4 in all GSCA member free events (except AGM) throughout the year.

It includes year-round sponsorship and mention sponsoring organization name in the respective GSCA marketing materials.

• 5 minutes on stage before the Anchor artist show
• 2 additional banners on the side of the stage.
• It will be included in the Digital Marketing Campaign.
• It can be customized based on organization need (additional price may be needed) 

Saturday Night 8^th Oct. (Tollywood Night): $7,000

Performance: Iman Chakraborty & Piu Mukherjee AND Pta. Archana Joglekar & Group.

Sunday Night 9^th Oct. (Bollywoord Night): $12,000

Performance: Benny Dayal Live.

Saturday (8^th Oct.) and Sunday (9^th Oct.) Night (Bollywoord Night): $15,000

Two standard size tables will be provided on October 8th and October 9st, 2022.

Note:

1. Allocated space (maximum 2 tables) will be strictly enforced. Vendors are hereby requested to not bring any tables or other accessories that will effectively occupy more space than what is allocated.
2. Priority will be provided to vendors requesting for both days.

• Banner on cafeteria walls (max 36 inch wide by 18 inch high) – $500.
• Standalone Floor Banner 10 inches x 24 inches (or smaller size) on Hallway – $250 Each
